In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (Notice) to shareholders unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at: www.loderesources.com. The Company strongly encourages shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting. Shareholders can lodge their vote by going to https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah. Shareholders are encouraged to provide an email address in order to receive electronic communications from the Company. Your proxy form must be received by 11am AEDT on 23 November 2026, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy forms received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting. Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company Secretary at Guy@loderesources.com by 11am AEDT on 23 November 2026.
